Each print was engineered through careful attention to wall thickness, support structures, and material performance, ensuring robustness during manufacture and use.
Our team merged design intent with manufacturing practicality. As experienced designers and engineers, we addressed both manufacturing usability (UI) and end-user experience (UX) by refining the clip-on handles for strength, ease of fitting, and functional stability throughout the assembly process.

The artistic 3D files were re-engineered into production-ready CAD models using the same approach you’ll find under 3D Design and Innovative 3D Printing — preserving the visual identity while preparing them for efficient additive manufacture at scale.
To validate performance, we developed two handle variations and produced thousands of units with a 2.5 % contingency buffer. Once printed, the miniatures were finished with branded graphics and mounted inside clear spheres, creating a high-impact promotional product with a premium look and feel.
