3D Printing Leeds is an ALM (Additive Layer Manufacturing) Service that provides FDM (Fused Deposition Layer) 3D Printing to create prototypes for gaming, animation, medical or industrial simulations for product development.

CAD MODELLING at 3D Printing LEEDS

Concepts at 3D Print Leeds are pre-visualised using computer modelling to test the Look, Size, Volume and Construction aspects of the product. Virtually building it, measuring, testing assembly, parts alignment, movement and connectivity.

This CAD Modelling includes aesthetic aspects of colour, finish and texture. When the product is for mass manufacture, we create technical documents, manuals and instructions in-house as well as provide the Branding and Graphic Design.

3D Print Leeds special software slices, dices and lays out your product to ensure economies of time, weight, strength and durability using the right materials.

FABRICATION

3D Print Leeds assembles Models, Prototypes and Props from many materials using many processes. From 3D Print to more traditional Metal, Wood or even Rubber and Fabrics. Our technicians and ‘Makers’ fabricate everything in our own workshops.

Our 3D Print Factory produces prototypes, batch runs or one-off 3D Prints.
We have Facilities in for 3D Printing in Leeds, 3D Printing in London and 3D Printing in Glasgow.

Many of our Clients want the full 3D Service, from 3D Design to 3D Fabrication.
Final Finishing via. painting, sewing, graphics, electronics, fitting, additional special effects, packaging and delivery can be arranged. Phew! … That’s no problem 🙂
